Ask to schedule a nurse appointment for immunizations through the "No Shots No School Program".- Families/students must bring their insurance card. If they do not have insurance they can obtain the immunizations free of charge through the "No Shots No School Program".
- Families/students must bring a record of their past immunizations so that the clinic will know what immunizations are needed.
