Below are the descriptions of the volunteer duties for each event that is listed:
Chess Club |Chess Club meets every other Wednesday in the school Media Center (second floor of the school).
Lunchroom Help (11:00 am - 12:30 pm) | Help serve hot lunch, clean off trays and clean tables after lunch.
Scholastic Book Fair | The Book Fair is during the last week in January. Volunteers keep books organized and help check out purchased books.
Spaghetti Dinner | Last week in January. Volunteers serve meals, take tickets, set tables and clear tables.
Marathon | Volunteers check in students, direct students along routes, serve and prepare snacks.
Mardi Gras | Work at games and hand out prizes, help with clean-up after event.
Tournament Ticket Seller | During athletic tournaments volunteers collect admission as spectators arrive.
Field Day | Volunteers help facilitate games and snack stations at Huset Park for the student’s end of the year event.
Queen of May | People are needed to set up auction items prior to the event & the day of the event to help serve dinner, check out purchases and clean-up afterwards.
Art Adventure | Volunteers learn about a select number of pieces of art at the Art Museum and then share this with students during four classroom visits.
Grandparent's Day | During Grandparent’s Day, volunteers help with bingo, snacks and participate in Mass.
